This is becoming more and more of a problem in football today. Too many people want immediate results and don’t allow managers the time to rebuild the squad or the system in the way they feel would work best. I’m not a Chelsea supporter but I think that getting rid of AVB was a terrible idea. He didn’t have much to work with in the first place. Chelsea is full of old players. He should have been allowed the time to make his own transfers and bring in his own players and then see where that went.
He will go to inter milan
hope he does well somewhere else,didnt stand a chance with wankers like cole,terry,lampard ect running the dressing room.

It wasn’t his fault, he had some great ideas to change Chelsea’s style of play. It’s the team, end of. Aging players only about 3 quality players that perform consistently.
Avb had to deal with shitty players like Torres

the owner should be sacked
Chelsea = Over rated Club with Over Rated players
players need to take some responsibility…..they cant and shouldn’t run the club…..
