E.g Cook Islands had 12 out of the seventeen with NRL experience compared to PNG with just one. That's my point. Understand?

    eraiT2Dope some of your points aren't factual anyway. Plus you make it sound like cook Islands took players straight from cook Island? Lol. They chose players who aren't leaving and playing cook Islands so your point about "resources" isn't actually accurate in this instance. You can only use that if cook Islands got home grown talent to play against PNG. Since we all know they didn't, then your point is invalid.
